Programme Executive (Youth & Well-being) | Hill Street
Job Scope
- Administrative support for SG Youth Plan initiatives focused on supporting youths to be more independent and build communities. This includes reviewing materials, routing inputs and requests to the relevant parties, tracking follow-ups, consolidating information, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Administrative and coordination support for the mental well-being programmes. This includes supporting the marketing and integration of programmes on the Discover platform, tracking partnership progress, maintaining relevant trackers, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders where required.
- General team administrative matters, including monitoring and coordinating responses for a shared mailbox, maintaining trackers, filing documents, and secretariat duties for meetings.
- Any other related administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Relevant skills and experience in event organisation, marketing, and project management will be favourably considered.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage information, coordinate stakeholders, track follow-ups, and support operations efficiently and accurately.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player.
Contract Duration: Starting with 3 months (with an option to extend up to 1 year)
Working Arrangement:
- Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Hill Street
Salary: $2,760 to $3,590 a month (commensurate with experience)
