Programme Manager IAM
Summary
Programme Manager leads the rollout of SSO and IAM initiatives for a banking/IT transformation, coordinating teams and reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution and rollout of the SSO Application Onboarding stream.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and drive collaboration across DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and business stakeholders.
Governance & Risk Management: Monitor progress, proactively mitigate risks, and enforce organizational governance.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level reporting decks and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
Change Management: Drive organizational change management and project communications.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in Programme/Project Management within large-scale Banking and/or IT transformation initiatives.
Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or application onboarding projects.
Methodologies & Tools: Strong Agile/Scrum background and practical proficiency with Jira.
Executive Presence: Outstanding stakeholder management, structured delivery mindset, and strong C-level reporting capabilities.
Travel Flexibility: Openness to occasional week-long business travel assignments.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
