Programme Manager - Open Innovation

About the role

At Experis, we are looking to incorporate into our consulting projects department a person with experience as a Programme Manager - Open Innovation (M/F/X). Hybrid Madrid.

Responsibilities:
-Autonomous development and execution of open innovation programs closed with different partners (with the collaboration of other team profiles: comms, finance, office manager...).
-Relationship with startups before, during, and after the programs.
Coordination of relationship with mentors. Coordinate and manage relationships with the client.
-Generation and management of documentation associated with the activity of the programs. Collaboration in the pre-sales of corporate programs (supporting the CEO).
-Coordination and organization of events and activities directly related to the programs (Pitch Days, Demo Days, Press Conferences, Bootcamps...).
-Management of calls and Deal Flow: call for applications, follow-up, interaction with candidates, organization of information for the committee, active search for candidates on LinkedIn and networks, providing information and resolving doubts for interested startups, lead follow-up for the application.
-Program management: definition of the acceleration calendar, definition of the training plan and selection and communication with mentors, logistics of the startups' workspace (if applicable), direction of the weekly follow-up meeting and strategy with the client.

Essential technologies / tools:
LinkedIn and social networks for active search for candidates.

Valued competencies:
Experience in pre-sales of corporate programs and collaboration with management/CEO.

Modality:
Hybrid Madrid: 2/3 days in the office

Languages:
Minimum English B2

Working hours From 9:00 to 18:00 flexible. Fridays until 15:00.
