We’re growing fast, scaling globally and looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software implementations for a growing portfolio of global customers.
About the Role
- Own the full implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent customer programmes, from discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, through to training and go-live, and hand over to support
- Establish programme governance standards, templates, and repeatable playbooks across customer implementations
- Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, risk registers, budgets, and governance reporting.
- Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and clear communication of progress and risks.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to assess development and customisation needs for successful delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help reduce implementation timeframes.
- Solid experience in programme or project management, ideally in enterprise software/SaaS implementations
- Proven success managing multiple complex delivery programmes concurrently
- Strong grounding in project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile/Scrum) and PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
- Commercial acumen and understanding of fixed‑price and T&M delivery models
- Ability to work hands‑on in a lean, fast‑moving environment and thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience in aviation, regulatory, travel, or similarly complex environments is highly advantageous.
