Programme Manager - SAP HR/Payroll/Rostering

Salary: Rate negotiable

Company and role:
My client is seeking a high-calibre programme manager with depth of experience in complex SAP transformations, particularly in HR, Payroll and Rostering, to join their team. There are permanent and contract options available for this role.

Duties for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading delivery of a highly complex SAP transformation
- Ensuring solutions align with organisational strategy
- Developing and managing programme roadmap
- Management of programme governance framework
- Managing programme budgets and forecasts

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Strong previous experience in SAP transformations required, especially in SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors and/or Employee Central Payroll modules
- Experience working in large, complex organisations required
- Strong stakeholder and change management skills required
- Understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation preferred

NB: The candidate must be based in the Wellington region, and must already have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
