What you'll be doing:
- Driving programme planning, milestones and dependency management
- Leading resource demand planning and capability management
- Owning large budgets in the multi millions
- Overseeing risks, issues, controls, assurance and audit activities
- Managing programme reporting, governance and performance metrics
- Supporting benefits tracking and value realisation
- Championing continuous improvement, best practice and effective ways of working
- London Market or Commercial Insurance experience
- Experience manging large programme/portfolio budgets
- Enterprise Transformation/Programme experience
- Senior PMO/PMO Manager experience
