Programmer / Business Analyst (Web, Over $40K)
Salary: $40,000 – $42,000 per month
Job description:
Collect, examine, and convert intricate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, wireframes, and functional workflows
Work in close partnership with development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to design and implement IT solutions that are fit for purpose
Assess system performance to confirm that project deliverables satisfy quality standards and deadlines;
Look into issues reported by users, prioritize bugs, and draft enhancement requests
Create user guides, reports, and training documentation to encourage system adoption
Organize and deliver briefing and training sessions on IT systems
Offer helpdesk assistance, coordinate with vendors, and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in IT Application Development and Management
At least 2 years’ experience in:
Web Programming
MySQL
System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
Structured Query Language
Document Flow/Workflow Management System
Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (Azure)
Experience in designing large-scale web and/or mobile application systems
Experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups
Business analysis experience in large scale projects
