Programmer-MS Power Apps DeveloperThe State of South Carolina is seeking a Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable business applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.Develop complex automated workflows using Power Automate.Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, Azure services, and other data sources.Create and manage custom connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Apply best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.Support Power Platform ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.Maintain technical documentation for configurations, data models, connectors, workflows, and operational support.Assist with monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls.Required Skills5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development experience with Canvas and Model-Driven applications.5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.Strong experience developing complex workflows and integrations using Power Automate.Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and integration with Azure Services.Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns. SkillsExperience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and advanced Dataverse features.Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI.Knowledge of Power BI and reporting integrations.Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.Education & CertificationsCollege degree or equivalent professional experience.Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent experience. certifications: PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform DeveloperPL-600 – Microsoft Power Platform Solution ArchitectAZ-900 – Microsoft Azure FundamentalsAdditional QualificationsStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating across technical and business teams.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Note:- FALSE skillset and experience listed on resumes will result in complete disqualification of candidate and reporting to higher leadership.
