The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer
will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects,
and other technical teams to design, build, enhance,
and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power
Platform. The developer will be responsible for hands-on development,
integration, automation, data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution
optimization. This role requires deep knowledge of Dataverse tables, security,
Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate flows, and enterprise
integration patterns. The position is highly hands-on and focused on delivering
robust, scalable business applications.
- Design,
develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas
and model-driven)
- Build
and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms,
views, APIs and security roles
- Develop
automated workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate
Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources,
including Azure services
- Troubleshoot
and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments
- Work
closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional
solutions
- Implement
best practices around solution architecture, governance,
data modeling, and secure-by-design development
- Maintain
documentation for configuration, data models, custom
connectors, workflows, and operational support
- Assist in
building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in
alignment with enterprise policies.
Requirements
Education and Certifications:
- College degree
or equivalent experience
- Must
hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5+
years of equivalent experience
- PL-400
Power Platform Developer
- PL-600
Power Platform Solution Architect
- Microsoft
Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Required Skills:
- 5+ years
of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)
- 5+ years
of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced
data modeling and security architecture
- Strong
experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and
integrations
- Experience
creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and Integrations with
Azure Services
- Solid
understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution
management, DevOps, and Deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with
JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility patterns
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management
- Familiarity
with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse Features
- Experience
with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA,
NIST, PCI, etc.)
- Knowledge
of Power BI for reporting integrations
- Understanding
of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD

- Self-starter capable of
managing work independently while collaborating across teams.
