About Us

N.C.R. Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. is a rubber manufacturing company committed to product quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Programmer to help develop and improve the internal systems that support our manufacturing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate user needs into technical specifications.

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain internal applications and business systems.

• Design and maintain databases, write SQL queries, and support data integration through APIs and web services.

• Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance, reliability, and security.

• Write clear, maintainable code and prepare technical documentation and user guides.

• Coordinate with users and relevant teams on system testing, implementation, and enhancements.

• Provide application support and user training for assigned systems.

• Follow established development standards and version control practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in programming or application development.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C#, Java, Python, or another relevant language.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases, and SQL.

• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration.

• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users and work effectively across departments.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and understand business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing web applications or internal business systems.

• Experience supporting ERP systems or applications in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with software testing and deployment processes.
