🎯 Position Summary
The Education & Training Clerk provides administrative and operational support to the Education and Career Technical Training departments. This role helps ensure accurate records, organized documentation, effective communication, and smooth daily operations that support student learning and achievement.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff.
- Maintain accurate student records, files, databases, and departmental documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and confidential documents.
- Track department reports, requests, and required deliverables.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist students, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure information is organized and accessible.
- Support department projects and daily operational needs.
- Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment.
- Collaborate with departments across the Center to support student success.

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
