Programs Manager

Job Summary:

The Programs Manager will oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals. This role involves setting strategic directions, managing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic directions for programs and ensure alignment with donor objectives.
  
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects and programs within the organization.
  
• Manage resources and budgets across multiple projects.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings to review the different projects' status, address challenges, and provide updates.
  
• Lead grant writing, management and reporting to ensure compliance.
  
• Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to support program sustainability.
  
• Resolve issues that arise during program execution to ensure minimal disruption.
  
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
  
• Communicate program updates to senior leadership and donors.
  
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards.
  
• Ensure all programs comply with internal policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, including progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and programs.
  

• Qualifications:
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    
  • 8-10 years of experience in project and program management, preferred to be relevant to community development and education.
    
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
