We are seeking an organized, dependable, and compassionate Programming Supervisor to oversee resident programming, active treatment, direct care, and authorized medication-related responsibilities. This position combines hands-on resident support with program coordination, staff guidance, documentation oversight, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
