INFINIUM has an immediate need for a conscientious, hardworking and dedicated Project Accountant to join our team with the following qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Provides monthly reporting and analysis to Project Management staff in the preparation of monthly billings to general contractors and owners.
• Prepare monthly general contractor/owner billings for assigned projects inclusive of all required supporting documentation.
• Set up and integration of new billing software with other programs
• Ensure cash receipts are posted and project costs are processed.
• Collaborate with trade partners and other key stakeholders to manage payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Verify all trade partners are COI compliant.
• Collects and reviews project subcontractor/supplier lien waivers.
• Collects, reviews, and processes subcontractor/supplier monthly invoices for assigned projects, if needed (as support to AP).
• Ensures proper payments to all subcontractors and major suppliers (as support to AP).
• Create ad hoc reports for the Project Management teams upon request.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field preferred or 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work setting.
• Experience with Foundation, Procore, Textura, GC Pay preferred.
• Proficient in data entry, accounts receivable billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong efficiency and organizational skills.
