Project Accountant
We are looking for an experienced Project Accountant to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Orlando, FL, to manage the financial lifecycle of engineering consulting projects while supporting a portfolio of more than 20 Project Managers. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project financials, ensuring timely revenue recognition and billing, monitoring WIP, and supporting project financial performance from setup through closeout.

Qualifications You'll Need
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting in an engineering consulting environment or comparable project-based professional services
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition, WIP, contract billing, project cost tracking, and project closeout process
- Experience supporting multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ERP or project accounting system experience, Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
