Join ARTC’s Infrastructure Projects team in a varied role providing high-quality administrative, project coordination and business support across a busy project environment. As a Project Administrator , you’ll work closely with Project Managers, project teams and key business stakeholders to keep project administration running smoothly. From document and records management through to financial administration, meetings, travel and stakeholder coordination, you’ll play an important role in supporting efficient project delivery. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to Infrastructure Projects teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, registers and records. Maintain accurate document management systems, databases and information repositories. Support purchase orders, invoices, vendor administration, work orders and other financial processes. Coordinate meetings, travel, onboarding and other project and business logistics. Liaise with internal teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders. Monitor priorities and follow up actions to support timely project outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working. Maintain confidentiality and ensure information is managed in accordance with ARTC requirements.
