Project Administrator
Summary
Provides day-to-day administrative support on Centrax Digital project engagements — scheduling, data entry, filing, and logistics on instruction — so the Project Coordinator and Project Manager can focus on delivery. Reports to the Project Coordinator/Project Manager, functionally under the Delivery Director via the PMO.
To provide administrative support to the Project Coordinator and Project Manager across assigned Centrax Digital engagements. The Project Administrator handles scheduling, data entry, filing, and logistics on instruction, maintaining the day-to-day administrative record of the engagement so the Coordinator and Project Manager can focus on coordination and delivery accountability. Reports to the Project Coordinator (or Project Manager, where no Coordinator is assigned); functional manager is the Delivery Director, through the PMO. Reference: JSP_CXD_01-JS45.
