Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Project Admin Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Project Admin Executive
- Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Up to $4,300 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely submissions
- Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and adjacent community stakeholders.
- Assist Project Manager with schedules, reports, and meetings
- Raise and follow up on purchase requests with operations team
- Prepare monthly worker reports and support staff welfare matters
- Handle inquiries from the public and support liaison activities with relevant regulatory and governing bodies.
- Maintain document tracking, filing, and overall project organization
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in construction administration or site-based roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
