Support the delivery of one of the Northern Territory's most significant underground mining projects.
Core Lithium is seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Construction team on a 12-month maximum-term contract, supporting the delivery of the BP33 Underground Project and associated site infrastructure works.
Working closely with the Construction Manager and a small technical project team, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects organised, compliant and running efficiently while gaining exposure to civil, structural, mechanical and infrastructure construction activities across site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator or Site Administrator looking to broaden their exposure within a major mining construction environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and project support across multiple construction workstreams, working closely with engineers, supervisors, contractors and support functions to assist with the successful delivery of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Construction Manager and project team
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Managing project documentation, correspondence and filing systems
- Assisting with contractor onboarding, mobilisation and site access requirements
- Coordinating travel and accommodation where required
- Maintaining project registers, reports and action trackers
- Supporting purchase orders, procurement activities and project reporting
- Assisting with document control, contract administration and project compliance activities
- Supporting project close-out documentation and handover requirements
- Building positive working relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders across site
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or Project Support role within mining, construction, infrastructure or heavy industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a busy project team
Experience with document control systems, procurement processes or contract administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
