We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Co-Pilot, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Knowledge or previous experience in the housebuilding market would be beneficial but not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Pricing tenders using AI.
- Handling site variations and queries.
- Collating weekly timesheets and inputting data for fortnightly payroll and invoicing.
- Compiling monthly site reports with running figures.
- Chasing quotes and compiling Health & Safety packs for new sites.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Conducting customer liaison and organising seminars, briefings, and meetings.
- Coordinating site pre-start meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Co-Pilot.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
