About the Role

We're hiring an international Project Administrator to support our Houston team, working directly under Project Managers Derrick and Darian. This role supplements our existing team (Brix) and is critical to keeping projects organized, customers informed, and financials on track.

What You'll Do

• Send customer updates multiple times a day
• Generate change orders
• Update project plans and kanban boards
• Track project financials
• Handle ordering and procurement

What We're Looking For

• Project management experience required
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Extremely detail-oriented — this role requires precision and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team, across PM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
