Project Administrator
Summary
Oversee project documentation, trackers, and vendor coordination for construction or engineering projects using Microsoft Office tools.
- Manage project documentation, filing systems, and document control.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on administrative matters.
- Support purchase requests, invoice processing, and vendor documentation.
- Arrange travel, logistics, site access, and onboarding activities as required.
- Ensure all project records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of administrative or project support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, facilities, or data center projects is an advantage.
