Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to support our construction project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, monitoring administrative processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to Project Managers and site teams.

· Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation such as RA, MOS, SWP etc, reports, and correspondence.

· Coordinate site permits, SIC, applying PSA &JI Pass, inspections, and compliance documentation.

· Monitor & prepare job site daily schedule.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Ensure all project documents are properly filed and maintained.

· Assist in tender submissions and contract administration.

· Process purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor documents, and payment claims.

· Support procurement activities and material deliveries.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction industry.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Proficiency in AUTOCAD is a must.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of construction documentation and contract administration is preferred.
