Project Analyst
Description
Assist tribe/platforms and programs/portfolios in all organizational aspects as required. This varies from supporting financial budgeting, portfolio management, resource management and being a critical point of contact for the tribe/platform.
Level of experience
Minimum of 5 years of total experience out of which a minimum of 3 years of project coordinator/management. Individuals will be aspiring to increase the size of organization they want to work in and overall responsibility of role.
Tasks
- Supporting active roles within tribe/platform in the following:
- Assisting in project initiation: know the complete process of initiating a project.
- Change request management: time and cost.
- Clarity CPPM management:
- Timesheet assignments and approvals.
- Understand project status detail update.
- Monitor project risks and issues.
- Project/program budget management (up to 10 projects depending on complexity).
- Assisting the project managers in meeting the quality compliance index standards and requirements.
- Ensure tribe/platform artifacts are documented by the responsible roles within the tribe/platform and follow the standardized structure (on the advice of delivery lead, scrum master, project manager).
- PI/PO management.
- Assisting in the project closure process: know the complete process of closing a project.
- Maintains a repository of measurements matrix (measures of success) for every project within a tribe/platform:
- Example: creating a sheet that allows tracking the level of completion and quality for items within projects.
- Updating the tribe/platform structure documents.
- Supporting the tech lead on following up on release approvals where required.
OKRs and KPIs
- Ensuring timely updates are shared with regards to cost and timeline of projects.
- Weekly progress updates on Clarity to be met without deviation.
- Weekly budget reconciliation.
- Timely closure of projects in the project closure phase.
- Assisting scrum masters and project managers to ensure TRDs are met for quality observation on a timely basis.

- Technical skills:
- Project management knowledge (Waterfall and Scrum Agile).
- Creation of reports and dashboards.
- Budgeting and financial management.
- Required applications to work with and to be trained on within group IT:
- Clarity CPPM.
- Workwise extract report.
- Empower for PI/PO management.
- AMANA (quality compliance).
- JAGGER (SOW submission).
- Required applications to have previous experience on:
- MS Excel.
- MS PowerPoint.
