Job Description
- To perform on-site preventive maintenance services base on agreed schedule.
- To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
- Ensuring that the system under maintenance is performing with an uptime of not less than 98%
- Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/sites assigned.
- Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery
- Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services
- Maintain customers install base records
- Maintain good working relations with customers
- Ensure committed services are delivered and meet customers’ expectations
- Assist in meeting monthly team budget and contribution.
- Liaise with contractors for installation works
- Support Projects and A&A works as required.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Collaborative and customer-focused mindset to foster strong internal and external relationships
