Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and documentation from concept to construction
- Oversee construction administration (submittals, RFIs)
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain project documentation and quality standards
- Develop design solutions aligned with project goals and constraints
- Partner with the Project Manager to deliver milestones on time and within budget
- Facilitate team communication and provide leadership, mentorship, and direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required)
- 8–10 years of experience
- Experience with large-scale projects (sports, entertainment, hospitality, or student facilities)
- Licensed Architect (may consider those close to licensure)
- Knowledge of codes, construction methods, and documentation processes
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills
