Your Opportunity

Your role as a senior contributor on our professional Architecture team is to work independently to assist clients through the planning and creation of fiscally responsible, award-winning designs. Project types are for both private and public clients, with experience with Healthcare and possibly some combination of Science and Technology, light industrial, education, transportation or civic infrastructure. Your experience ensures that you are quite familiar with construction plans, specifications, estimates and building codes. You will manage the development of design and contract documentation, through Construction Phase while collaborating with team members to contribute to the final deliverables as required under direction of the Team Leader, Senior Designer or Principal.

Your Key Responsibilities

• To develop projects through design development, contract documentation and construction support.
• Contributing to creativity, critical thought and design excellence.
• Collaborating with other offices and developing design vision.
• Evaluate the quality of design and design activities and assure a high level of design quality throughout the firm.
• Oversee and participate in production of design and construction documents.
• Engage staff in dialog on design, ensure design process is followed and influence usage of technological tools.
• Express philosophy of the work with appropriate vocabulary.
• Identify and direct project photography, written descriptions, and other media in support of building the firm’s portfolio.
