Project Architect
NewBe an early applicant- Lead and generate production of contract documents and deliverables under the purview of the Principal Architect(s)
- Assist with bidding and contractor solicitation
- Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Provide Construction Administration services
- Manage working on multiple projects at one time
- Assist with proposals and contract execution with clients
- Lead and manage design projects from pre-design through project life cycle
- Lead and manage hybrid (remote, WFH, in-office) project teams including subconsultant
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and public entities to meet timelines, budget and design intent.
- Serve as Architect of Record
