Project & Change Management Leader (6 months - 1 year contract)
Lead the successful local implementation of the 50-50-100 program by ensuring alignment, execution, governance, and adoption across global and local stakeholders.
1. Project Management & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Track progress against key deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation actions
- Ensure all project activities are aligned with global standards and guidelines
2. Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Act as an embedded member of the 50-50-100 program team and the primary liaison between Global Procurement, local teams, and external partners (e.g., Infosys), ensuring two-way alignment and timely issue resolution
- Identify, map, and actively manage all local stakeholders impacted by the program (Procurement, Finance, IT, Business Units, approvers, requesters, etc.), ensuring they are engaged, involved, and informed throughout the implementation
- Collect, consolidate, and validate local requirements, risks, decisions, and approvals; ensure outcomes are documented and communicated back to both local and global stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate alignment meetings with global and local stakeholders
- Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
- Prepare and lead governance routines (weekly/monthly reviews, steering committees)
3. Communication & Alignment
- Drive clear and structured communication across all stakeholders
- Translate global guidelines into actionable plans for the APAC organization
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete flow of information and required inputs between global and local teams
- Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and next steps to leadership
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards and status reports
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership (local and global)
- Ensure transparency on progress, challenges, and outcomes
5. Change Management & Go-Live Support
- Support and coordinate go-live planning and execution
- Own and drive change management initiatives (impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption) to ensure sustained adoption of new processes and tools
- Identify impacts on stakeholders and define mitigation and engagement plans
- Define and coordinate the training approach (training needs analysis, materials, train-the-trainer and/or end-user sessions), and execute readiness assessments before go-live
- Actively manage resistance and ensure smooth transition to new operating model
6. Process & Data Readiness
- Ensure required local inputs (data, supplier information, master data, process definitions, local requirements) are collected, validated, and delivered on time to support configuration and go-live readiness
- Support validation of category allocation, sourcing flows, and system configurations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Go-live readiness plan
- Change management and communication plan
- Local stakeholder map and engagement plan (including communication cadence and key messages)
- Training plan and supporting materials (including role-based guidance for requesters/approvers and local support model).

Here's what we're looking for:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- +5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or transformation roles
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
- Experience with digital tools and/or procurement transformation is a plus
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management skills (planning, execution, tracking)
- Stakeholder management across multiple levels (local & global)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
- Experience with transformation programs or outsourcing initiatives (preferred)
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tools (preferred)
Success Criteria:
- Successful and timely implementation of the 50-50-100 program in APAC
- Strong alignment between global and local stakeholders
- High adoption of new processes and tools post go-live
- Transparent and structured governance and communication
- Effective risk mitigation and issue resolution
