PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) work schedules aligned with the project master programme to ensure timely progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works before concreting and subsequent construction activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (ACMV, plumbing, fire protection) and electrical systems (LV/HV, transformers, switchboards, CCTV) to meet project specifications.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, codes, and safety requirements to maintain site safety and regulatory adherence.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering projects within Singapore’s building and construction industry.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in M&E systems and site coordination.
• Good understanding of M&E details, construction drawings, and local construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
