The Position…
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring jobs to ensure they run on time and within budget, providing smooth transitions between and during jobs. Particular responsibility lies with coordinating and communicating job particulars effectively to all involved parties to ensure each job progresses efficiently and professionally. In addition, you will be required to organize accurate and punctual ordering/delivery of labor, equipment and materials as per company guidelines.

Ideal Candidate...

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following…

• Year 12 High School Certificate or Equivalent (Desirable)
  
• More than 1 year project management (Desirable)
  
• Experience in Roofing product knowledge, knowledge of relevant equipment needed, data entry, systems compliance, customer service (Favorable)
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Decision-making, creative problem-solving skills
  
• High level communication skills including oral, written, and interpersonal, and the ability to interact with all levels, including internal, external stakeholders and customers
  
• Prioritization and organizational skills including the ability to meet deadlines, monitor jobs and manage roof plumbing emergencies
  
• Computing Skills – Smart phone &/or tablet, email
  
• Operation of electronic job management system and Microsoft Office packages
