Project: Compensation & Benefits – SAP SuccessFactors

Open 32d posting dated 2 weeks ago

Our client, a major organisation within the construction industry, is initiating a business-critical project to implement the Compensation & Benefits module in SAP SuccessFactors. The initiative is driven by the need to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive by June 2026.

Current challenges include the absence of adequate system support for compensation analysis, bonus management, salary reviews, and harmonized pay structures — resulting in significant manual effort and elevated compliance risk. This assignment is therefore both strategically important and time-sensitive.
