Job Summary
Take ownership of project controls on a key PUB infrastructure project, collaborating with the Project Manager to plan, monitor, and report progress and expenditure, ensuring timely, on-budget, and specification-compliant delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and cost control to maintain alignment with project timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports to track performance and expenditure
- Implement risk management strategies and enforce expenditure and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Measure and report Earned Value (EV) across design, procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning phases
- Ensure project delivery meets contractual, financial, and operational requirements through proactive controls and coordination
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in project controls within construction or engineering industries
- Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Experience working in digital engineering and construction delivery environments
