Project Controller

• Collecting weekly actual cost and forecasted cost to update and summarize report
• Analyzing cost and identifying variances for review by the Project Manager
• Preparing the cost chart report
• Coordinating and following up with each stakeholder to update the weekly forecast report
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Project Manager in executing tasks or as needed
• Collaborating with department heads to ensure weekly forecast updates
• Collecting data and updating forecast report and project cost tracking report
• Consolidating the cost information and preparing the cost chart
• Tracking project expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Maintain, develop and implement systems to track and report on actual and forecasted costs
• Communicating with project managers to highlight the anticipated additional costs in the projects.
• Monitoring project budgets and financial performance against plans, and reporting to Project Manager
• Coordinating and supporting task of project manager as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in engineering field
• 2 years of experience in project management or related field. Self-sufficient and proactive attitude
• Pragmatic approach and result orientation
• Problem solving, communication and negotiation skill
• Customer relationship capability
• Basic Knowledge CAD software
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Project
• Proficient in English
