Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple project functions and assignments, including project management, engineering, construction, procurement, in the oil and gas industry.
  • Supervise contractor, sub-contractor, service, or vendor personnel in project environments.
  • Lead and support disciplines such as planning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, claim management, risk management, change management, procurement, pre- and post-award contract management, reporting, support services, and lessons learned processes.
  • Ensure the use of international standards and best practices applicable to business and project controls.
  • Provide actionable and informative reporting to support management decision-making.
  • Participate in risk assessment and contribute to business process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
  • 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across multiple project functions, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role or with oversight of contractors/vendors.
  • Experience working with oil and gas companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, or service companies.
  • Expertise in relevant business disciplines such as project controls, risk management, cost and schedule management, and procurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of international standards and best methodologies for project controls.
  • SME-level competence in specified business discipline.
  • Proficiency in project-related software, dashboards, data analytics, and SAP.
  • Experience supporting large-scale integrated organizations, including operations, projects, and subsurface teams.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and decision-making using risk assessment approaches.
