We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management of utility-scale solar and/or battery storage projects and strong people management experience. In this role, you will be key in ensuring the Project Controls team keep projects on track, within budget, and meet objectives by managing project schedules, costs, and resources, while also providing reports and analysis to stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Take the lead and support project management teams with:
- Preconstruction planning & quantity takeoffs
- Budget creation & management
- Change management & claims
- Cost analysis & forecasting
- Progress updates & performance analysis surrounding earned value management concepts
- Project-specific and company-wide reporting requirements
- Schedule performance & time-impact analysis
- Compiling, reviewing and analyzing project controls related data while interfacing with upper management and project teams on results and providing innovative solutions to scheduling & cost performance
- Train project management in the use of other Project Controls processes, tools & reporting
- Prepare project progress billings
- Assist with proposal budget reviews & cash flows
- Develop processes & procedures as assigned
- May require some travel to project sites
- Other duties as assigned
