The Project Controls Manager is a strategic leader within Boldt's operations team, responsible for driving the financial and schedule performance of some of our most complex construction projects. This role partners closely with project managers, superintendents, project executives, and trade partners to develop and implement the controls, forecasting, and reporting systems that help projects achieve or exceed their goals. From project award through closeout, the Project Controls Manager serves as a trusted advisor, analyzing project costs, productivity, schedule performance, earned value, cash flow, and risk exposure to provide project teams with the insights needed to make informed business decisions. The position plays a critical role in ensuring projects remain financially healthy while supporting predictable project delivery for our clients.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $137,000.00-$180,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project controls.

A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI
