Project Controls Specialist
Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review EPC project schedules, programmes and cost performance.
- Monitor project progress, milestones and schedule deviations.
- Support cost control, forecasting and progress tracking.
- Prepare and consolidate PMC project controls reports.
- Identify schedule/cost risks and support corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in project controls, planning, scheduling and cost control.
- Experience in EPC programme and cost reviews.
- Experience in large-scale energy, renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience in a PMC, EPC or Owner’s Engineer environment.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project will be an advantage.
