Role Overview
We are looking for an intern to support project coordination activities for ongoing energy management / IoT deployments. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to help move projects from planning to execution.
We are looking for an intern to support project coordination activities for ongoing energy management / IoT deployments. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to help move projects from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and organize vendor submissions (documents, certifications, approvals)
- Follow up with vendors to collect missing information
- Support coordination with client (JLL) for approval processes
- Maintain a simple tracker for:
- Vendor status
- Approval status
- Site readiness
- Help plan and track installation timelines
- Assist in coordinating onboarding of sites/devices after approvals
- Ensure all project steps move smoothly from approval → installation → go-live
Requirements
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with Excel / trackers
- Basic understanding of project coordination (no deep technical knowledge needed but understand some basic electrical stuff would be good)
Good to Have
- Interest in energy, IoT, or infrastructure projects
- Prior internship in operations / project support
