Accenture Federal Services is searching for a Project Coordinator to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Responsibilities
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Managing executive calendar.
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of acquisition and contract projects.
- Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinating communication between project stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and internal teams.
- Facilitating development of project documentation.
- Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Government Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for government officials and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with government policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project coordination of federal programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Clearance
- An active TS/SCI is required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
