Job Summary
Manage drafting, project execution, and coordination with contractors and workers to ensure timely completion of site works and accurate processing of claims and payments.
Responsibilities
- Draft technical drawings and update movement logs to maintain accurate project documentation
- Manage project execution by coordinating main contractors, factories, and worker allocation for site works
- Submit drawings and related documents to relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and progress tracking
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of progressive claims and payment responses to installers and subcontractors
- Oversee site operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
