Project Coordinator Apprentice - Spanish Market

Ecolab has an opening for a Project Coordinator Apprentice – Spanish Market in Vimercate (MB), Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a global organization while contributing to strategic commercial, sustainability and employee engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support key business projects and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, marketing and sales operations in the Iberia market.

How you'll make an impact

• Support project management activities related to Ops Council initiatives and other cross-functional projects dedicated to Iberia.
• Participate in Water Circularity initiatives and support the monitoring of cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, project updates and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support the coordination and promotion of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing commercial and business projects.
• Explore and leverage AI and digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and ways of working.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business priorities and deliver project objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong interest in Marketing and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, academic project or extracurricular experience related to marketing, sales, business development or project management.
• Experience working with digital collaboration tools.
• Interest in sustainability-related initiatives and commercial strategy.
• Spanish proficiency: nice to have.

Compensation Range:

The annual total compensation for this position is 29,176 eur.
