Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in the interior fit-out and furniture industry. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, production, procurement, and site teams. The candidate should have a good understanding of AutoCAD 2D drawings, furniture detailing, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interior and furniture projects from initiation to completion.
  
• Review and understand AutoCAD 2D drawings and technical layouts.
  
• Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and site execution teams.
  
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
  
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
  
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
  
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Resolve day-to-day coordination issues and escalate project risks when necessary.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered within the committed timelines and quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 3–6 years of experience in the Interior & Furniture industry is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and the ability to understand technical and furniture drawings.
  
• Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and interior fit-out execution.
  
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and project reporting.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
