Project Coordinator (Architecture)
Summary
Oversee architectural projects in Singapore, ensuring designs match approved plans and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver commercial or building works.
• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and
complexity in local context.
• The Project Coordinator (Architecture) role is to ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface.
details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works.
• Lead archi design development.
• Coordinate and liaise with other design coordinators (C&S, E&M), design consultants, sub-contractors and clients.
• Review project specifications, construction drawings.
• Commercial/ Building project experience is an advantage.
