Project Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates M&E construction projects in Singapore, liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-schedule execution and proper documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Contractors on Project Implementation
- Project Planning and Close Supervision of Works to Ensure Work Carried Out is Adherence to Project Schedule
- At Lease 2 Years of Relevant Working Experience of M&E
- Resolve Site Problems Encountered
- Proper Record Keeping of Project Documentation
- Able to Assist Project Manager
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
- Processes Good Communication Skill
- Technical Knowledge of Builder and M&E Skills
- Possesses Class 2B or Class 3 Driving License
- Self-Motivated and Responsibility
- Degree Qualification Level - Related to Building Services
