The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Project Coordinator to be the central hub for our growing Bath Division. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and satisfying project journey for our customers by coordinating schedules, materials, and communication between clients, project managers, and installation crews.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Develop project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate schedules for crews and subcontractors.
- Order and track all project materials to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate project files, budgets, and process invoices using our CRM and QuickBooks.
- Assist in resolving minor issues and managing client expectations throughout the installation process.
