Job Summary

Coordinate exhibition event projects by managing communications with vendors and clients in China, organizing documentation, and supporting engineering and construction industrial activities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with vendors and clients in China to facilitate project coordination and ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Organize and maintain meeting minutes, contracts, project plans, status reports, and file systems to support project tracking and documentation accuracy
• Coordinate project activities within engineering and construction industrial sectors to meet deadlines and quality standards
