The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to multidisciplinary teams by managing project documentation, tracking schedules, and monitoring budgets. They facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure compliance with quality assurance and document control procedures.
- Providing administrative, operational, and project coordination support across multidisciplinary teams.
- Skilled in project documentation, reporting, schedule tracking, stakeholder communication, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring.
- Proven ability to support successful project delivery by maintaining accurate records, ensuring effective communication, and assisting project teams in achieving project objectives safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain project records, files, and documentation.
- Manage document control systems and ensure version control.
- Prepare project reports, timesheet, WIP sheets and correspondence.
- Organize project meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
- Timely completion of assigned support activities.
- Accuracy of project documentation and reports.
- On-time distribution of project information.
- Effective tracking and closure of action items.
- Compliance with document control procedures.
- Assist with procurement processes and purchase requests.
- Assist on delivery of Invoice package, (Including, Timesheets, Calculation, AoA)
- Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
- Track vendor documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate communications between project teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and project commitments.
