What you will be doing...

As Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of a broad range of projects. Your responsibilities will include...
  • Maintaining and coordinating project plans across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager on project planning and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating with people across the business, from team members through to senior management and external clients.
  • Monitoring project progress and helping ensure key milestones and deliverables stay on track.
  • Preparing clear and accurate project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Using project management and software tools to coordinate activity and keep information up to date.
  • Helping bring structure, visibility and organisation to a busy project environment.

  • A solid understanding of planning and organisational principles.
