Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our hybrid team based in McLean, VA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team. You will serve as the central point of contact for the project team. While supporting program execution across all aspects of project management.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Serve as Project Controller/Coordinator for our client
- Manage all activities associated with meetings, including preparing read-ahead materials, compiling meeting minutes and action items
- Provide administrative support, including logistics for setting up meetings, running video conferencing, record keeping, agenda, minutes, artifacts, and product line In Progress Reports
- Support communication with stakeholders on issues that can be technical and complex in nature
- Establish and maintain a file maintenance plan to manage project artifacts
- Gather information and prepare status reports, metrics, dashboards, and responses to taskers, for submission to or by the Project Managers
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Support Program Management Office (PMO) reviews, briefings, and audits
- Identify, report and track risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in project management and MS Office applications.
- Review schedules and track activity completion to keep the project deliverables on time
Required Qualifications:

Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience

At least 3+ years of progressive experience in/related to IT Project Coordination

Strong integrity and professionalism

Collaborative approach to building strong relationships with clients and teams

Basic knowledge of healthcare rules and language (HIPPA, FDA, Patient Rights)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
